I don't want to talk about the usual boring stuff like communication professionalism etc. While Gemma excels in these areas so do a lot of real estate sales people I have dealt with over the years. I would prefer to highlight qualities where Gemma is different to the rest. Gemma does not try to condition you to accept a lower price in order to make life easy for her as has been my experience with others in the past. We put our unit on the market 3 months after we purchased it and it would have been very easy for her to say this would be a huge obstacle to achieving a good price and we may struggle to get our money back as I felt would be the case.
