I don't want to talk about the usual boring stuff like communication professionalism etc. While Gemma excels in these areas so do a lot of real estate sales people I have dealt with over the years. I would prefer to highlight qualities where Gemma is different to the rest. Gemma does not try to condition you to accept a lower price in order to make life easy for her as has been my experience with others in the past. We put our unit on the market 3 months after we purchased it and it would have been very easy for her to say this would be a huge obstacle to achieving a good price and we may struggle to get our money back as I felt would be the case. But no there was no mention of this difficulty. While it took over over 6 weeks to sell, during this time we had many offers that were quickly rejected.
Gemma continued to reassure us that feedback remained positive and will get us our dream price or close to it if we remained patient and just put our trust in her. She not once suggested we should adjust our expectations as others would have done. We paid $600k for our unit and Gemma sold it for $710k 3 months later. That was an amazing result and I really believe no one else would have persevered to the extent Gemma did to achieve this great result. It would have been very easy to blame the short turn around and to recommend reducing our price. If Gemma is your choice to look after your real estate needs you are in extremely good hands so don't bother looking anywhere else.
