I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to help our dedicated group of Juniors who referee our Capalaba Bulldogs Miniroo games. These guys and girls show up every Saturday to support their younger club members and help them enjoy their sport. Without these Junior players stepping up to take on these extra referee positions, we would not be able facilitate the hundreds of little footballers who show up, keen as mustard to get out there and play the game they love each week. We would love to give our Miniroo refs their own stand out shirts and hats. We would love to have each of them guided through a specially created course that supports their understanding and knowledge of children at the miniroo level in relation to the game. This would uniquely equip our young referees to go out onto the field with the confidence and skill to create a highly enjoyable and safe experience for scores of upcoming sporting stars.
